Sometimes I think panic helps cut through some illusions and clear the head.

Sometimes I think panic clouds the mind and causes nothing but unhappiness.

Sometimes I think Life is wonderful.

Sometimes I think Life is so short and pointless.

Panic doesn’t do anybody any good. Everybody panics. It’s okay to panic and be afraid but it’s not okay to dwell on such matters. Break down, cry your heart out, clear your mind. Now put yourself together, address the issue that’s been bothering you and deal with it. Understand that the issue isn’t going to disappear if you ignore it.

Don’t even think about it after you’ve sorted it out. Forget about the whole thing once it’s done.

Life is too short to panic about things and brood over the past or fear the future.
